About Coldwell Banker Pinal Properties

Coldwell Banker Pinal Properties is a locally owned and operated company. Oliver H. Maud III and Kari Maud, business owners, saw the need for a FULL service real estate company in the growing Pinal County area.

The Maud family has deep roots in Pinal County dating back to the early 1900's when Oliver H. Maud Sr. and family farmed and operated a family business in Florence, Coolidge and Casa Grande. The family tradition continued and now three generations have been born, raised and work in the community.

In November 2001 Oliver and Kari saw an opportunity and were pleased to join forces with another locally owned and operated real estate and insurance business known as Mandell & Associates which incorporated real estate, property management and property casualty insurance as part of their commitment of serving the community.

As business owners Oliver and Kari Maud share the business philosophy of providing a full service agency to the community with exceptional customer service, along with high business standards and ethics.

About Oliver and Kari Maud

Oliver H. Maud III has held an active real estate license in Arizona since 1986. Oliver also holds an Arizona contractors license and specializes in custom home building. Oliver and Kari currently live on the Maud family farm raising three children.

Kari Maud has held an active real estate license in Arizona since 1993 and specializes in Property Management. In addition, Kari also holds and active Arizona insurance license for property and casualty insurance. Oliver and Kari are active members of the community and have served as past President on the Board of Directors for the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce and as a Member on the Board of Directors for the Florence Chamber of Commerce. Kari also served as Treasurer for the Western Pinal Association of Realtors.
